Six students from the University of Michigan are traveling to Tanzania to document the work of Standard Chartered’s Seeing is Believing (SiB) initiative, which aspires to eliminate avoidable blindness around the world. Together with the International Agency for Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) and the World Health Organization, SiB launched the ‘Vision 2020 – The Right to Sight’, the global campaign to eliminate avoidable blindness by 2020.
