The seven-member team from The University of Texas traveled to Paraguay in May 2008 to spend a month documenting Fundación Paraguaya’s self-sufficient, organic agricultural school in the Chaco region.

"Well aren't you going to chop up the butter before you put it in the mixing bowl?"..."I mean, I can, I don't see why I need to though"..."It'll make it stir better"..."Fine, we can chop up the butter if you want"..."Okay, fine." As I listened to our chefs Fatima and Chris argue over the culinary art of butter stirring, all I could think was, "That's A LOT of butter!" It was 13 sticks actually.
